Yes. The security deposit (₹2,999 for 12-Month Plan / ₹3,999 for 24-Month Plan) is 100% refundable, subject to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. After successful cancellation and retrieval of the purifier, the eligible refundable amount will be processed to the subscriber's source bank account.
If you cancel before completing your committed subscription period, applicable early-exit adjustments or outstanding dues may be deducted from the security deposit before the remaining balance is refunded.
